How is the property limit calculated?
The limit corresponds to the number of Smoobu properties associated with your Trackivo folders over the last 30 rolling days. If you manage 12 properties connected to Smoobu, you need the Pro plan. Folders without a Smoobu association do not count towards this limit.
Can I try Trackivo before paying?
Yes. Starter, Pro and Premium plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all modules during the trial. After 14 days, you choose whether to subscribe or not.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
If you don't subscribe, Smoobu synchronisations are suspended. Your data is preserved. You can resume at any time by choosing a plan from your account.
Can I change plans during the month?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the new plan takes effect immediately. For a downgrade, it takes effect at the next billing date.
Do I need Smoobu to use Trackivo?
Yes. Trackivo connects to your Smoobu account, which feeds the calendar, bookings, owner statements, cleaning schedule and revenue dashboard.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no commitment and no fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
