Do my owners need to create an account?
No. Each owner opens their space from a permanent link, with no password.
Can I send statements from my own address?
Yes. Set up your SMTP in Trackivo and statements leave from your domain. Without that setup, Trackivo sends them for you.
Are VAT and IGIC handled?
Yes, at the rate you choose, or with an exemption. Tax can also apply to channel commissions.
What if the owner collects the bookings themselves?
Choose the “Owner collects” model: the PDF becomes a service note from the concierge.
