Trackivo collects only the data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the service:

• Email address : collected during account creation for authentication and service-related communications
• Account data : information needed to manage your Trackivo workspace
• Data imported from Smoobu : properties, bookings, calendar, guest information required for messaging
• Messages : messages exchanged via messaging
• Billing data : managed by Lemon Squeezy — Trackivo has no access to banking information

• Creation and management of the user account
• Provision of the management service (calendar, messaging, scheduling, owner statements)
• Management of subscriptions and billing
• Sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Customer support

Trackivo relies on the following service providers:

• Supabase (database) — hosted in Europe (Ireland)
• Vercel (hosting) — United States, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses
• Lemon Squeezy (payments) — processes billing data
• Resend (transactional emails) — United States, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses
• Smoobu — synchronisation of properties and bookings
• Anthropic (Claude API) — assistance and translation features
• Mapbox — mapping
• Upstash — rate limiting / cache

• Account data: retained for the duration of the account's activity and deleted within 30 days after account closure
• Billing data: retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations (managed by Lemon Squeezy)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to erasure (account deletion is available in the settings)
