Trackivo collects only the data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the service:

  • Email address : collected during account creation for authentication and service-related communications
  • Usage data : Airbnb listing URLs added by the user, search results and credit usage history
  • Billing data : processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy — Trackivo has no access to banking information

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Creation and management of the user account
  • Provision of the competitive monitoring service
  • Management of subscriptions and credits
  • Sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
  • Customer support

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the performance of the contract (provision of the service) and on the user's consent given when creating an account.

5. Processors and Data Transfers

Trackivo relies on the following service providers:

  • Supabase (database) — hosted in Europe (Ireland)
  • Vercel (hosting) — United States, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Lemon Squeezy (payments) — processes billing data
  • Resend (transactional emails) — United States, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Apify (scraping) — processes only public Airbnb URLs and no personal data

6. Data Retention Period

  • Account data: retained for the duration of the account's activity and deleted within 30 days after account closure
  • Billing data: retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations (managed by Lemon Squeezy)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure (account deletion is available in the settings)
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object
